- Multiple teen girls, ages 12-18 are shown in full nude while the narrator describes how the body looks and changes at each stage of development. A closeup of their breasts are shown. Finally each girl sits and opens her legs as the camera zooms in for a graphic closeup of the genitalia. Most of the vulvas are hairy and we are shown the variation of labia sizes from small and barely visible to large protruding folds on some of the older girls.
- After examining his pubescent penis and scrotum, the boy is seen naked in his room walking toward the closet to pick up clothes.
- This is meant to be an educational film for preteens about puberty and sexual development. It contains graphic child nudity of both sexes, including a scene with a young boy masturbating to a sexual fantasy, and an actual sex scene (only involving adults) towards the end.
- Near the beginning of the film two infants, one boy and one girl, are seen being changed. Their diapers are removed to show their genitalia: the boy's penis and scrotum and the girl's vagina.
- A boy of about 11 or 12 strips naked and examines his barely pubescent penis and scrotum. He holds his penis in his hand and flops it about a bit. This is all seen in close-up. He is uncircumcised and retracts the foreskin to reveal the glans. The penis is flaccid at first, then it is shown erect, also in close-up. He pushes his penis down with his hand and lets it flop back up and wiggle around a bit before coming to rest sticking straight out. The foreskin is completely retracted, fully exposing the glans, as the boy's penis is completely erect, but not very big as he is still in the early stages of puberty. We see a few different boys' penises, all different shapes and sizes. We then see a close up of their erect penises.
- A girl of about 10 strips naked and examines her bald vagina and un-developed breasts. She sits down on her bed and spreads her legs and parts her labia with her fingers, and we see a close up of her vagina showing her clitoris, urethra and hymen intact. An adult vagina is then shown to explain the changes that occur during puberty.
- Later on in the film, the boy and girl (who are siblings) are shown getting into a bath together completely naked, and we see close ups of both of them as they wash their genitals. The boy retracts his foreskin to clean under it, and the girl wipes her vagina.
- A little while later, the girl is shown getting into bed and noticing that there is a red blood stain on her pajamas between her legs. She removes her pajamas and we see a close up of her genitals and there is blood coming from her vagina, implying that she has begun menstruating. Her sister comes into her room to comfort her. Later, the girl is shown lying in bed with only a pajama shirt on, masturbating and rubbing her genitals with her fingers.
- Later, the boy wakes up in bed to discover the front of his pants are wet with precum, as he had a wet dream. He pull down his pajama pants to reveal his slightly erect penis. He proceeds to masturbate, slowly stroking his penis with his thumb and two fingers, retracting the foreskin over his glans with each stroke. This is shown in a wide shot at first, then in a close-up, with only the boy's hand and penis visible. While doing this, the boy closes his eyes and we see his fantasy of himself and a girl about his age in a nondescript room, both naked sitting side by side. The boy reaches out slowly and strokes the girl's barely developed breasts. The girl does the same, stroking the boy's chest. The boy then reaches between the girl's legs and touches her vagina. The girl returns the favor by squeezing the boy's penis. The boy finishes masturbating after reaching orgasm. He is not seen ejaculating, but his penis is shown in close-up, now slightly deflated, laying against his tummy in a puddle of semen. The young girl is also seen masturbating, by touching her vagina. While an orgasm is not seen, it is to be inferred by the smile she puts on when she stops.
- A young couple (in their teens) are shown having unsimulated sex. First they get onto the bed, then they remove their clothing and touch each other's genitals while kissing. Then the teen boy is shown getting on top of the teen girl and inserting his erect penis into her vagina. Close-up of vaginal penetration and thrusting is shown. They proceed to have sex in missionary position for the remainder of the scene.
