Goofs

In the state of New York there is no such criminal charge as aggravated rape, there is just rape in the third degree, second degree and first degree. There is however aggravated sexual abuse in the fourth, third, second and first degree. Rape is specifically charged for unlawful penetration of the vagina, whereas aggravated sexual abuse is unlawful penetration of the anus, urethra or vagina with a finger or foreign object.

It seems a huge oversight that the evidence gathering process never touched on the provenance of the gun which killed Det. Doyle. His was found beside his body, but no effort went into finding the murder weapon.
