The first international movie film seminar 1973 in Berlin took place in the movie theater "Kino Arsenal", not in "Odeon" (which at that time was called "Filmbühne Sylvia")
The first scene with the editor in chief and Alice is set in 1972. While the book "The manipulated man" was released in 1971, the edition of the book that is shown was released in 1973.
The Berlin movie theater ODEON didn't get its name until 1985. In 1973, where the scene in the movie takes place, the theater was called "Filmbühne-Sylvia".
The recreation of the famous television discussion between Alice Schwarzer and Esther Vilar is very shortened in the movie within the actual dialogue. E.g. After asking if Vilar's book is a satire or serious Vilar's first reply was that she was serious, while in the movie she started explaining the reason for the book.
