Team One responds to a 911 call where a masked gunman threatens a group of teens and kidnaps one of them. As they pursue the investigation, it turns out the gunman is known to the youths and was the subject of a viral video prank perpetrated by the kidnap victim. Meanwhile, Jules encourages Sgt. Parker to accept an invitation for a date with a woman he rescued in a recent case.—tlk808

The team is called to rescue a group of teens, from which a team member's estranged son shyly tries to sneak away, being held at gunpoint by their schoolmate Ryan Bell. He actually only turned on Joe Stanick, who recently 'exposed' on Internet Ryan's gay lover for classmate Tyler Davis. Joe is found shot in the leg after a struggle he lies about. Tyler helps handle Ryan, who denied their affair due to his bigot mother and well-meaning father, who sent him to 'therapist' Carl Miller to be 'cured back' to heterosexuality.
