- This episode is filled with violence, fighting, and bullying. We especially see it in the locker room scene and the obstacle course.
- A scene in a locker room shows a lot of aggression towards other people. A man called "the pulverizer" aka. Kosugi and his friends show no respect for all the prisoners.
- A man steps on someone's arm and we hear the bones crush. Later we see that man getting kicked multiple times behind a locker. We cannot see the man getting kicked but we see the man kicking him.
- A kid is bullied by a man and gets a knee shot on his stomach. This sounds painful.
- A scene in the obstacle course involves axes swinging, bouncing over acid traps and electrical traps, dodging arrows and a course at the end called the "last man standing stage". The obstacle course also includes boxing chickens and fire dodging but all of that was cut short. These games are really brutal and lead to deaths and severe injuries.
