McGee refers to the stolen rifles as "heavy artillery". Jimmy says that the dead bodies could not have been shot by the stolen rifles because the entry wounds were too small, he said they were likely shot by a small-caliber handgun. The rifles in question are not a large-bore caliber. They are M4 carbines chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO. They fire a .223 bullet, which is actually a small caliber. The pistol used to kill the sellers was a Beretta 92. It is chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum, uses a .355 bullet, and is considered to be medium caliber. If the men had been shot with one of the stolen M4 rifles they would actually have a smaller entrance wound.
As Maria is getting out of bed, Torres says "You need to get dressed." But she was already dressed: she slept in her clothes (all except her bloody pullover).
During the gun-buy scene and later during a car chase, mountains/tall hills can be seen. No such geographical features such as those exist in eastern Virginia.
Travis identifies Torres (as he arrives at the crime scene) as the 'Salazar' that Diaz is looking for. It seems to come as a surprise to everyone but one of the dead gun-runners had Diaz's photo of 'Salazar' in his hand. When the team inspected the crime scene, they would have seen the photo and recognised it as Torres.
Maria explains how she ended up in the same hotel as Torres. (The US Marshals directed her there). But that doesn't explain how the Marshals were able to contact her (after she had fled), how she found Torres' room or how she knew his real name (as opposed to his alias as Salazar).
