In the opening montage, the real Joe Kenda is seen to be left-handed, but the actor playing him is visibly right-handed.

In nighttime scenes using squad cars with modern roof-mounted LED light bars, the bars have been wrapped with visible bands of white masking tape to cut down the bright flashing light output that would otherwise blind the cameras.

Throughout the series, no particular effort is made to avoid anachronisms. In almost every episode, buildings, vehicles, fashions, and/or technology too recent for the time frame are shown.

In the opening montage, Lt. Kenda slips his automatic into its holster, but the hammer is cocked. - For an officer, that gun is supposed to be cocked when it's holstered. The error is you can see the safety is not engaged when the gun is holstered.
