Detective Cal (Stephen Dorff) shoots and kills Angel (the undercover agent). The very next day there is a funeral for him. In reality, there would have been an investigation and autopsy on the body. The funeral would not be for at least 3 or 4 days later.
At the end after Dorff shoots Purcell, he tosses the sawed off shotgun to the side then stands up to walk towards Purcell. When he gets to the end of the bar he has the shotgun in his right hand again and tosses it to the ground.
When Callahan orders a bourbon neat, the bartender pours him a shot of Johnny Walker Black Label, which is scotch not bourbon. This happens twice in the movie.
In the final shootout Detective David Callahan has his bulletproof vest/ ballistic vest on backwards.
when Angel/Detective Logue fires his Beretta 92 at the males in the mustang and the gun stovepipes and jams as he continues to fire.
When Detective Les Scanlon checks the contents of the letterbox, the flyer for Drug Rehab reads "Take control of you [sic] life"
When Cal waits outside the club and sees 2 men and women go to their SUV there is a visable cameraman in the drivers seat in the white van behind (21:00 mins)
