Judge Brooks refuses to sign the search warrant to find Jackie Bianchi's location because he was "never arrested or convicted" and "it's not illegal to do a podcast." However, when Bianchi is apprehended in Las Vegas, it's clear he has outstanding arrest warrants for murder and is a fugitive from justice. In light of this, the refusal to sign the warrant is nonsensical. No federal judge would ever refuse to issue it under these circumstances.
