Throughout the series, Howard's heart condition is mentioned and Howard even says his "family is the history of heart disease". But in The Roommate Transmogrification (2011), Bernadette signs up for a study at her job for premature ejaculation because "it's not like either one of us has heart problems".

Penny leaves Leonard & Sheldon's apartment and we hear her apartment door open and close, but before she could have possibly made it across the hall.

After Raj and Penny toast their friendship, Raj's glass switches hands between shots.

When asked if it is hot in India, Raj's father responds by saying that it is always hot in India. However one of the reasons India is known as a subcontinent is because it can have all kinds of weathers in different parts of the country at a time.

After Bernadette announces that she's getting her PhD, Penny repeats "you're a doctor" four times, pointing to Raj, Bernadette, Leonard, and Sheldon. Depending on where she acquired her legal education and accreditation, Priya is likely to have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, thus she would also be a doctor.

Sheldon says that elephants ferment fruit to get drunk. Although elephants, and a number of other animals, consume fermented fruit and become intoxicated, there is currently no evidence that any animal deliberately ferments fruit to produce alcohol.

Penny mentions a "Parmesan crust" on the Shepherd's Pie.. There is no way you would put Parmesan cheese on a Shepherd's Pie! - urgh..

Sheldon at some point took enough of Raj's blood for blood work. After telling Raj his blood work came back, he tells him his blood sugar was a little high. But, since Raj was unaware of getting his blood taken, it's unlikely he was fasting. To get an accurate blood glucose measurement, the patient needs to have fasted for at least 8 hours. Sheldon is obsessed with details. He would have known this.

This is actually not true and a popular misconception. The labs use a sliding scale when analyzing the "blood glucose" and use different values depending on whether or not the person fasted. Sheldon could have marked on the form that it was non-fasting and the lab would have adjusted the metrics accordingly. So, a high blood glucose reading being a "little high" in this case would be based on the metrics used for non-fasting tests.

In the opening scene, the camera when focused on Leonard shows a wall next to him and the opposite shot there is a chair at the end of the table.

Raj says that "as Shakespeare said 'It is better to have loved and lost...'". The line is actually from "In Memoriam" by Alfred Lord Tennyson.

Amy instructs Sheldon in self-massage and tells him to locate his acromion process. Sheldon reaches up and touches the top of the shoulder immediately next to his neck. However, his hand is in the wrong spot. The acromion process is at the opposite end of his collarbone, just above where the arm connects to the shoulder.
