This film strongly depicts teen (14 year old girl) sexuality. We see full frontal nudity, fellatio, erect penises, ejaculation shots, and also some BDSM scenes where the 14 year old girl engages in sadomasochistic sex with her 17 yr old boyfriend. The oral sex scenes are explicit with shots of the (clearly prosthetic) penis in someone's mouth on multiple occasions; we see it in front of Jasna but don't see an identifiable face during penetration. The ejaculate is also simulated (milk instead of sperm). Body doubles were used in other explicit sex and full nudity scenes.

The whole film is a very intense and disturbing experience which realistically depicts the out of control lives of many teenagers today. The film also has death as a central theme.
