The Real Emotion in a Sci-Fi World Makes this Episode
GunnersMate1 June 2018
Lost picks up where One Giant Leap left off, with the Astreaus crew taking off unexpectedly to parts unknown. When they land in a familiar world where everything has changed, the emotional fallout is palpable and very very real. YES, the framework is very sci-fi unrealistic, but the experiences of these characters that we have grown to know so well over the last four years are reality-based and heart-achingly believable. The tale's point of view switches back and forth between our Astreaus and non-Astraeus characters and The episode moves along at a nice clip, and the viewer is given clues as to what is really going on early in the story, so the overall effect is engaging and wonderfully executed.

About the pilot episode
dksmailbox17 April 2012
SPOILER: As you all know the season ended with the spaceship mysteriously took off before the launch time, and with Allison inside it. The season starts with the spaceship going to impact on some place. Allison wakes up first and tries to stop the plane with the help of Zane and Douglas. After a crazy driving by the Zane, the spaceship lands nowhere other than Earth itself. AND THAT TOO AFTER FOUR YEARS!!! Well, a lot could happen in four years right? Yeah, especially in Eureka. Jack in love with Jo. The head of security of GD is controlled by Robots(none other than Deputy Andy). Not only GD, but the whole town is controlled by Andy(s). And then our own Henry has a secret lab in house(as usual), where he monitors everything. And all together with the old team breaks the robots with some stunts and some geeky stuffs(changing the frequencies of robots). And Eureka is back to the old Eureka!. And then the whole scene changes!!!! You can see Allison lying in a bed with the Beverly(yeah, our villain(s)) is beside her saying: 'The greatest minds of Eureka are all now working for us now'. Wait a minute, how the hell did she get all of them?? And what the hell just happened?? Well, you want the answer? Yeah, me too. Can't wait for the next episode. . I know that this show is getting cancelled, but i enjoyed the pilot episode of Season 5. It really grabbed to the seat till the end. Syfy: Shame on you.

Warning: Spoilers
It was so much fun to see Joe Morton in a Terminator type setting again even though at the end it was more like the Matrix. Great showing by all the actors and cast.

A journey too far

Warning: Spoilers
So all the fake people that were created last season now advanced 4 years. Fake son and daughter grow up. Supposed to be a tragedy to Allison but hard to buy into it since they were all created new so what did she really lose.

I can understand why they decided to cancel this.

You keep changing characters and want us to care? Who taught you that works?

At least we had Will Wheatons poor acting offsetting Felicia Day's terrible acting. That is always a fun competition of who can be worse.
