- TriviaThe owner of the bakery asks Velasco which part of Juárez he is from, to which he replies "Anapra". The city of Juárez is a large city, the largest city in the state of Chihuahua and has a population of 1.5 million. It is located on the Rio Grande river on the border with El Paso, Texas and the two cities make up the El Paso-Juárez bi-national metropolitan area, with a combined population of 2.7 million it is the second largest bi-national metropolitan area on the U.S.-Mexico border after San Diego-Tijuana. Juárez is one of the most violent cities in Mexico with it being an area of dispute between some of Mexico's largest drug cartels; the murder rate, especially against women, is very high. A significant amount of illegal drugs, weapons and victims of sex trafficking brought into the United States cross the border through or near Juárez. Puerto de Anapra, where Velasco is from, is one of the outlying communities of Juárez, it is west of the Rio Grande on the border with the state of New Mexico. It is one of the poorest communities in Juárez, and has some of the El Paso-Juárez area's highest rates of crimes like assault, drug trafficking, prostitution, murder, rape and sex trafficking.

Crew Scales: Pay off and Corrupt
These are the episodes with a striking and impressive entrance scene.
Story; It's about one of the big cases that brought Noah to Olivia and elevated her to the rank of captain: Trafficking, Rape, Terrorize... Season 16 endings Joony D. Episodes, Season 18 Terrorize, Season 19 Remember me too etc.
However, in this episode the case ties in with Velasco. That's why Olivia is in the background. She only does her job officially. Also, Rollisi is absent in this story and Fin is less visible. For these reasons, more emphasis was placed on detective stories.
Terrorized and tough has a difficult tragic case. The story is solid. The subject is enough. Velasco's struggle and the Father's power of prayer balance the tragedy of the story. Another team is joining the svu squad. Chavez's efforts, Juana's help and Cubiak's show are excellent.
It is commendable to mention the gangrenous issue of corrupt cops. Bad wounds on the big heads are being healed. However, they are more persuaded through court and judicial proceedings rather than confrontational defiance. This is what it should be.
I love the open space, street scenes and action scenes of Svu.
Frankly, Olivia Benson misses her soul, with Olivia only being in the background as the official tough cop. The low visibility of Rollisi and Fin also makes one miss the spirit of law and order svu.
Corrupt cops were mentioned in the 22nd season 7 episode and also in the 18th and 19th seasons episodes... etc.
