Throughout the entire movie Cassie uses a sword. It doesn't have any blood on it at any point during the movie despite the slashing she does.
In the first zombie fight, Henry points a pistol at a zombie's chest but when he pulls the trigger the bullet hits the zombie in the forehead instead of the chest.
At the beginning of the movie when being attacked in the town, a double barrel shotgun is fired 5 consecutive times w/o being reloaded. In reality it could only be fired twice w/o the ammunition being replaced.
When Cassie and Mack come upon the sniper position at the high school, they both are in the doorway of the booth at the same time. In the next scene, Mack re-approaches the door from below again.
We see Cassie and Henry from behind as they are walking and talking. Henry is carrying the sledge hammer at his side. When the POV changes to the front, the hammer is on his shoulder.
During an overhead shot, a building's AC unit can be seen running even though EMPs knocked out all electricity 6 months ago.
When the archery team is traversing the canal, cars are visible crossing the bridge in the background.
When Cassie fires the 50 cal machine gun from the shopping cart, there is no recoil. The tripod shows the spades designed to keep the weapon in place when ground mounted, but the cart should move backward or flip as soon as she starts shooting. She also has more ammunition than she found in the previous scene.
During the canal scene, a train can be seen moving in the background.
On the aerial shot over the supposedly deserted city, cars can be seen moving.
The same zombies keep getting recycled. They die, and then are seen fighting in later scenes.
When the crew is breaking into the department store across from the Optical store you can see another person,and older man, strolling along behind them. This man appears when Henry is breaking the lock off the store. Right between him and Mack you can see the man walking (not infected) paying no attention to the cast or crew.
When Cassie and Henry are running down the sidewalk away from the zombies, there are shadows of equipment following them.
When they talk about the virus hitting Japan, the riot police are in front of street signs that are in Thai.
The lead archer tells the group to retrieve arrows when it is safe to do so, because they are running low. In the next fighting scene, they shoot three zombies, and then run right past them without stopping to pick up the arrows.
It is stated that EMPs were used to disable all electronics and communications, which is why no one is seen driving cars in the movie and there is no power anywhere. Yet the ferry that comes to take the survivors to Catalina Island is clearly seen under motorized power.
At 20:30, while in the sporting goods store, Julien (Johnny Pacar) states, "I mean zombies can't even figure out doors. Then at 21:20, two zombies open the door to store and rush in.
