At the beginning of the episode, during one of the establishing shots of the Lannister camp, you can see Bronn and the Mountain Tribesmen (and Tyrion just out of frame) approaching Tywin's tent. This won't actually happen until the next episode.
When summoned to the throne room by Joffery, Ned is stopped by Littlefinger; at that point, he does not have the paper from Robert. However, when he walks in past the Gold Cloaks, he suddenly has the paper in his belt.
When Tywin is flaying the deer, between shots the amount the animal has been skinned varies.
When Tywin is speaking to his son Jaime while butchering a deer carcass, it's obvious that the carcass has already been prepped. This is especially noticeable when he begins skinning it, as the hide around the foot of the animal is seen to peel back a little bit when he grabs hold of it and has a clean edge, showing that it's already been cut before he ever puts his knife to it.
When Maester Aemon is assigning the duties for the stewards, he tells Pyp to report to Bowen Marsh in the kitchens. However, when Lord Commander Mormont is assigning the new nights watchmen to their various orders, he tells 'Mick' to go to the kitchens - Pyp should have been included in those sent to the kitchens at the start instead of to the stewards (or Mick should also have been sent to the stewards).
The wine merchant, who attempts to poison Daenerys, offers her "a dry red, from the Arbors," and later describes it to Jorah as "sweet." Dry wines are not sweet.
