Red Talon reports to Nukem that Sepia Spider is authorizing Anubis and will have a report in twelve hours. Nukem's advisor recommends diplomacy instead, but Talon dismisses diplomacy and Nukem agrees.
At Anubis HQ, the youthful Sepia Spider infiltrates the base and radios Talon to say that he's succeeded. Talon orders him to come back, but Spider reminds Talon that he was once a sidekick and engages anyway. Spider takes out a wave of Anubis' men, but is frozen by a force field when he enters her command center and she kneecaps him and her men capture him.
Anubis soon hijacks the airwaves and executes Spider live on TV. Speed calls Knight Hawk and says that she's going after Anubis, and Knight Hawk tells her to focus on finding Motion Blur. He wants the world to witness them slowly dismantle Anubis' organization. Knight Hawk figures that will make the U.S. look like the bad guys, and the U.S. needs to see a regular man, not a superhero, stand up to Anubis. The vigilante wants Talon to go in and fight crime with a headcam, and show the American people that regular men can fight evil. Talon says that he'll talk to Nukem.
Soon Nukem gives a nationwide broadcast saying that he's not afraid of Anubis, and broadcasts Talon's live feed. Nukem cheers Talon on and the world watches, while Speed figures that Knight Hawk pushed it to minimize his investigation. A grenade goes off at Talon's feet, and the feed is lost. Knight Hawk calls on Little Wing, who hangs up on his mentor.
The terrorists soon broadcast that they will destroy any American sent against them. In his bunker, Nukem tells his aide to find him someone to bomb. Another aide picks a spot at random, and a missile soon lands. The Russian premiere, Smirnoff, worries what happens if Anubis decides to attack them next. He orders his troops to move into Canada and use nuclear warheads, while Knight Hawk mourns the loss of his protégé. His servant Alex calls him and warns that he's completely cut off, and Talon died for nothing. Knight Hawk insists that Talon died a soldier and a hero, and Alex wonders who he is. He tells her that they won't face death peacefully.
As Smirnoff considers launching nuclear war, Little Wing skydrops into Anubis's HQ and kills her men. He then battles the second in command, Orsted, kills him, and then kills Anubis. The world rallies and the forces of Anubis retreat, and the survivors broadcast that Knight Hawk is trying to distract people from his investigation.
