- The girls get physical as they produce their own inspirational workout videos directed by fitness guru Susan Powter.
- The episode goes straight into the mini challenge, where the girls are asked to create outfits using duct tape. In groups, they use the duct tape over plain black leotards. Carmen Carrera and Manila (Manila Luzon) choose to style their leotards like athletes, complete with duct tape iPods and win the mini challenge. As a reward, they are picked as team captains for the week's maxi challenge.
The maxi challenge is to make an inspirational work out video in their teams, with guidance from fitness guru, Susan Powter. Joining RuPaul and Michelle Visage on the judging panel are celebrity make up artist, Billy B. (filling in for Santino Rice) and special guest judges, La Toya Jackson and Susan Powter. This week's runway theme is 'Favourite Body Part' where the queen's outfit must showcase and be built around that body part.
During the critiques, Alexis Mateo (Alexis Mateo) is given her second win of the season (her first solo win) and is rewarded with immunity from the following week's elimination and a $2,500 gift card to Gilt Groupe. Yara Sofia (Gabriel Burgos Ortiz) and Stacy Layne Matthews (Stacy Jones) are given positive feedback for their hilarious work out videos and declared safe. Mariah (Elijah Kelly) is warned that she is resting on pretty but is also safe.
The bottom two are India Ferrah (Shane Richardson) for her boring video and Mimi Imfurst (Braden Chapman) for her over-reliance on comedy and sloppy work out video. The Lip Sync for Your Life song is "Don't Leave Me This Way" by Thelma Houston. During the performance, Mimi decides to lift India over her shoulder and carries her back up to the stage against her will. After the song is finished, RuPaul tells Mimi that drag is not a contact sport and eliminates her from the competition.
