The pod caster says that sunset is at 5:30PM. There is no sunset in the LA area at 5:30PM. The earliest time for sunset is 6:22PM and this occurs in January. Even if the sunset occurred earlier because they were in the mountains, it still would not account for the 52 minutes difference.
