Michael says he's been with the company for 19 years. But in season 5, which was 2 years prior, he celebrated his 15th anniversary. So he's only been with the company for 17 years.
Around 20 minutes in, Deangelo is getting shaved. When it cuts to a side view, his upper lip is almost fully shaved and clear of foam. When it cuts back to a front view, his upper lip, and rest of his face, still has a great deal of shaving product on it.
