Teddy says the flight to Palm Springs will be Charlie's first plane ride but Charlie, Teddy, and Amy flew to Chicago in "Charlie Shakes It Up" and during "Sun Show, Part One", the whole family took a plane to Hawaii.
When Teddy and Amy are driving at night, Teddy turns the windshield wipers on and the one on Amy's side flies off. The next morning, when Teddy and Amy wake up in the diner parking lot, both windshield wipers are back on the car.
Teddy is filming Charlie putting the star on the tree, as seen through the camera's eye. Teddy then puts the camera away. Charlie is then seen through the camera's eye again.
After the Yugo parts are carted away, Amy and Teddy are left moping in the diner parking lot. Far away in the background is a black vehicle parked next to the nearby motel. When Teddy is filming her video diary seconds later, the vehicle is missing.
The Denver Airport has a pretty distinct roof to represent the Rockies. When the Duncans are leaving Denver, the airport shown is Reagan Airport in D.C.--the Washington Monument is visible in the background.
