When Chuck and Morgan are parting ways with Han Solo and Chewie and they both sit down against the wall, Sarah is clearly not in Chuck's room, but appears after Chuck's close-up.
(at around 37 mins) During his sharpshooter-fight, Casey shoots his rifle right-handed, except in one closeup scene, which shows him aim left-handed (wrong eye and shoulder) between shots.
When Chuck and Morgan sit against the door, one on each side, you can see nobody is in the bedroom. However, Sarah appears out of nowhere putting clothes in a suitcase.
In the barn scene, the license plate of the Mercedes car displays a United Kingdom origin but does not follow the pattern currently in use in the UK. It shows 3 letters followed by 5 numbers. An official UK license plate consists of 2 letters, followed by 2 numbers, followed by 3 letters.
At the beginning of the episode the horn of the car can't sound because the button for the horn is not on the steering wheel in this car.
The German Boris speaks has obviously been translated via a dictionary and not by a native speaker. This results in the typical errors like direct translations, (i.e. "So out with it" becomes "So raus mit ihm" instead of the correct "Und jetzt raus damit") and wrong pronunciation. The same goes for the microwave oven which i.e. has a button labeled "Knallender Mais". This is a direct translation of the word "popcorn". However, this translation is wrong since the word "popcorn" is actually used in the German language.
At the end of the episode the sign "Do not cross" is written incorrectly in Russian. What is written can be translated as "Do not input", like typing words on the keyboard. Moreover, it is written in the wrong form -- Russian signs are not written in the Imperative mood, like in English. "Do not enter" should be translated to as "Ne vkhodit" and "Do not input" as "Ne vvodit" - but in Cyrillic.
Volkoff's company name at the end of the episode is written incorrectly. If translated from Russian it would be "Volkoff Industries". It sounds right in English, but in Russian the word that stands for "industries" is never used in the plural form. Moreover, that word would never be used in the name of a company, as in Russia the surname Volkoff, written in English, is often used in trademark names.
Boris and Jurek in the beginning speak incomprehensible Russian. One can only make out a word or two from what they are saying.
When Chuck and Morgan are about to go their separate ways with Han Solo and Chewie, there is a photo on the wall of Ellie and Devon. The same apartment is used for the filming of Ellie and Devon's apartment and Chuck and Morgan's apartment.
Alexei Volkoff's office has been shut for about three months (he was arrested on the same day that Clara was born and Clara is now 3 months old). However, the withered roses in the vase on his desk can't be older than a week.
When Sarah's horse is spooked, you can see that the face of the stunt double is blurred out when the horse rears and when Sarah is thrown from it. Both times, the blurred face is shown for 4-5 seconds.
Morgan says several times that the Chewbacca and Han Solo toys are from 1977. However, Kenner didn't produce the Large Size Chewbacca until 1978 and Large Size Han Solo until 1979.
Whilst Chuck is mingling, he identifies himself, with a British accent, as being of the "Worcester Carmichaels". Worcester is pronounced as "Wooster" in the United Kingdom, not as it is spelled.
