At the gas station, Holly starts out wearing 5 inch heels. When she decides to go up to higher ground, she starts walking up the stairs and, by the time she gets to the roof, she has 1 inch heels on.
The gas station scene was filmed across the street from the Van Nuys Government Building. As the customer leaves the gas station, you can see the UYS from the word Nuys on the building.
As Michael and Jim are driving away from their sales call, you can see palm trees in the background along the route. Pennsylvania and palm trees do not intertwine.
