- Female characters have breasts that jiggle. Not meant to be sexual, but makes body movement seem more realistic.
- Eunie's Ouroboros form is shown with an exposed chest.

- Cutscenes depict characters being slashed by swords. Few cutscenes will contain little to no blood.
- Players can find corpses on the ground, nothing gory is shown.

Sex & Nudity
- There is a cutscene where lots of characters are in a hot-springs together. Both male and female bath together in the same room and all are nude, but the nudity details are covered completely by the steam in the room. Not truly meant to be sexual, all characters appear to be comfortable and seems as though it is their normal way of living.
Violence & Gore
- At the end of the first chapter of the game, Guernica Vandham gets stabbed. We briefly see his blood dripping on the ground.
- In a frequently shown flashback, we see the character Joran get crushed and killed by debris. A pool of black blood is shown next to the wreckage.
- At one point in the game, Cammuravi rips one of his eyes out with his bare hands. The scene cuts away from him before we see anything in graphic detail, but we do see some black blood dripping down his face.
- At the beginning of chapter 6, Shania shoots herself in the head, killing herself. The act is shown from her perspective.
- A frequently shown scene in the Future Redeemed expansion shows the character Ghondor being stabbed by Moebius N. We see black blood dripping on the ground.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Some characters will go through a moment of feeling "hopeless" leading to a depression. A sad moment in the game as they are unable to rescue someone.
- The entire game deals with the topics of death and loss. We see many important characters die. A lot of them are brought back and the ending of the game does undo a lot of that loss, though.
