When Sunny is watching Page's body hitting the car, it is visible that she is wearing pantyhose (the toe seam is clearly visible on her left foot). However when Benson arrives Page's dead body is laying on the car where she fell but now she isn't wearing the pantyhose (the toes are clearly defined now).
When Benson and Fin go to question Lakeisha and find her with Damon, she pulls a knife on Benson after they approach and Benson subdues her. Damon puts a gun to Benson's head and Fin to his and as they shout orders, officers from the DA's office show up, pull guns and order them to stand down. The camera angle switches and Lakeisha walks past the camera, obviously free, but when the angle switches back to Benson, she still has Lakeisha subdued.
The CSI tech tells Olivia that the shell casings he found are all 9 mm, yet Fin discovers that the murder weapon is a MAC-10, which is chambered in .45 ACP. However the MAC-11 is chambered in 9x19 mm and .380 ACP, both guns look similar but law enforcement officers would be able to tell the difference, especially Fin since he used to be an Army Ranger.
As Page fell and hit the hood of her SUV her foot struck the windshield. But even if no part of her body hit the windshield the impact force from her landing on the hood of the SUV from a fall of that height would be more than sufficient to shatter the windshield glass.
In the beginning of the episode when the credits are rolling Olivia Benson meet Sunny Quadri from Brooklyn NYPD. Olivia reiterates that the crime scene is in Manhattan and it is under her jurisdiction. However as they are standing on the roof looking down at the body on the car you can see very tall buildings in the background across the river. Clearly across the river is Manhattan, and the scene was being filmed in either Brooklyn or Queens.
In the opening sequence, as Sunny watches from the passenger's side, Page's body hits the hood of the SUV after being thrown from the roof. Just as it does, the windshield of the SUV shatters sending glass shards everywhere; and later as they are investigating the scene you can see that it is badly broken and indented as though it has been hit by Page's body. However, Page's body (nor anything else) ever hit the windshield.
