When Sara is trapped in the Freezer, her camera, which had no video light, suddenly acquires one which she uses to see. When the door to the room is opened the light is gone again.
The cross burn mark on Joey is very uneven and changes throughout the movie.
When Sara hurts her leg, she uses a "cane", but clearly she is using the "cane" on the wrong side of her body. With her left leg being hurt, she should use the "cane" on her left side, but she uses it on her right side the entire time.
The scalpel through Eva's hand does not match up and is off center when the camera shows both sides.
