- A castaway is left questioning alliances after a broken promise leaves them out in the cold.
- Previously on...: Sash watched his world fall apart as NaOnka and Kelly, two of his biggest allies, up and quit the game. On her way out, NaOnka gave her immunity idol to Chase.
Back at camp: Holly and the rest of the tribe are upset that they had to go to Tribal Council just to watch NaOnka and Kelly quit. They decide to name the tribe's chicken "Kelly-Nay" because they're both chicken. Sash realizes he's suddenly a man without an alliance. He has an idol, so he thinks he still has an edge, but "it's going to be more difficult than I thought."
Sash tells Benry, Chase and Fabio that he's going to play the idol at the next Tribal Council just to take the target off his back. He knows he's a swing vote now, so he's open to offers. Chase tells Sash it's in their best interest to go with the women. Sash is worried that Jane could beat them at the end. They also agree that Holly deserves to go on the next reward. Chase says Sash should be second in line.
Reward challenge: The reward challenge is a series of parts of previous challenges. First, players have to go through a mud pit and dig a ball out of a pile of hay and bounce the ball into a barrel. The first four move to the next level, where they have to remove a key from a coil at the top of a pole. The key unlocks four sandbags that are tossed onto a barrel. The first two to finish that level move on to a showdown where they have to dig up three rope rings and toss them onto hooks.
The winner will be taken to a private resort for a meal and shower.
Chase, Jane Benry and Holly are the first to get their balls into the barrels. Chase and Benry get their four sandbags onto their barrels before Jane and Holly even get their keys down from the coil. Chase rips through the final stage, landing his three rope rings onto his hooks before Benry even gets all three rope rings in hand.
Jeff tells Chase that part of the reward is to bring two people with him. He quickly chooses Holly, saying it's an easy decision. Chase tells the group he loves them, but he has to take Jane. Sash is upset, calling Chase's decision "incredibly stupid."
Back at camp: Fabio says Chase picked "the two least strategic people to go with him." Sash tells us he's going to take advantage of the time to align himself with Fabio, Benry and Dan. Sash tells the guys he might want to side with him, but Dan is worried he can't be trusted. He says he has no choice but to welcome Sash in because of the numbers.
At their reward, Chase, Holly and Jane enjoy drinks and watermelon, and showers. Holly admits to us and to Chase that he made a mistake picking Jane to go on the reward. They realize that Sash and the guys are going to be gunning for them. Their concerns are temporarily relieved by massages.
Back at camp, Fabio tells Benry he wants to make sure Sash doesn't switch to the other side. They decide to kill the chicken and eat it. Benry is still worried that Sash could flip.
Jane is crying the next day at camp, saying, "They didn't have to eat her." She says she loved her chicken and she builds a little shrine to the bird. Holly later tells Chase and Jane that she doesn't trust Sash. Chase says they have to make him think they trust him, adding that they have to convince him that "no matter what, that (Holly) and I will take him to the finals and drop (Jane)." Chase again laments his "unbelievable mistake."
Benry takes Chase aside and asks if his name came up. Benry also asks Chase if he'd vote out Jane. He says yes. Chase then asks Benry if he'd vote out Fabio, and Benry says yes.
Sash and Chase get a moment and Chase says he regretted not taking him, but says he wanted to show that he "very much trusted" Sash going back to camp with the guys. Sash asks Chase if he's willing to not vote him out and take him to the final, whether it's a final three or two. Chase says yes. Holly walks up and Chase explains the situation to her. Chase tells them both that Benry said he'd vote out Fabio, and Sash says "that's a straight-up lie." They then talk about voting out Benry.
Benry goes to Fabio and Dan and tells them Sash is chatting with Holly and Chase. Benry then walks up to Sash, Chase and Holly and they tell him they're talking about voting out Fabio.
Immunity challenge: The players will start attached to a hitching rail. They have to maneuver around the rail to release enough rope to allow them to reach a box of gold-coin puzzle pieces. The first three to get their puzzle pieces have to put the gold-coin puzzle together.
Fabio quickly releases enough rope to get his puzzle pieces. Sash and Benry soon follow. Jane encourages all three of them as they put their puzzles together, and Fabio mutters for her to "shut up." Sash appears to be making progress while Benry is close to giving up. Fabio suddenly catches up, but Sash wraps it up to win immunity.
Sash is feeling like a "triple-threat" and says he's "in control and cannot wait until the final Tribal Council to win my million." Sash says he's been sand-bagging in challenges and that Fabio and Benry will be seen as a physical threat, which will risk their spot in the final.
Fabio asks Sash to let him know if his name comes up. Sash nods along, but says little. Fabio is worried. Sash and Chase talk to Dan about Fabio. Sash says he and Chase are "stringing along" Fabio, Benry and Dan to lead them into thinking different things about the night's vote. "Right now, the two names on the chopping block are Fabio and Benry," Sash tells us. "I'm going to keep them guessing until I feel like telling them, or not telling them."
Holly watches Sash talking to Dan and Benry about how they're going to dupe Fabio into the idea that they're voting off Jane. Benry talks to Fabio and tells him they're going to vote off Holly (because he didn't think Fabio would believe Jane was the target). Fabio then tells us he feels good about his changes and that he's "ready" for Holly to go.
Sash has a heart-to-heart with Jane, telling her she's like a second mom to him and that he's glad they're able to work together. "I can't backstab my mom, I can't backstab my second mom," he tells her. Jane then tells us that Sash is "guaranteed final four to us."
Tribal Council: Chase admits that he might have made a strategic mistake in taking Holly and Jane on the reward. Chase and Benry then talk about how they could be seen as physical threats. Jane also tries to paint Fabio as a physical threat.
Benry tells Jeff he's "pretty confident" that things will swing his way. Sash says he's feeling good about having immunity and that people seemed more interested in talking to him because of it.
The vote: No votes are revealed as they're cast. Jeff tallies the votes and reads them: Holly, Fabio, Fabio, Benry, Benry, Benry, and the 12th person voted out is Benry. The jury mostly shakes their heads. Benry mutters, "Unbelievable," as he walks away.
Benry's last words: "I'm extremely surprised ... I'm definitely going to have to obsess over who masterminded this idea of sending Benry home."
