A good watch with Warren Brown and Tony Pitts who appears in nearly everything but tends to go unnoticed.

Naomie Harris plays the accused whom in a custody battle over their two kids.

An intriguing watch but the twist in the tale and use of police corruption leaves a bad taste.

I saw the first season of Accused soon after it was released, and Naomie Harris stars as Alison Wade, and Warren Brown plays her nasty husband David Wade, who also has a father who's a cop that's rotten to the core. Anyway, it's taken me ages to finally post an imdb user review. I posted reviews for a couple of episodes in 2017 and back then there was no minimum word count, but thing have changed mightily since then.

Anyway, Naomie Harris (who a few years later was awarded an OBE) is convincing in here role where she's up against the system when trying to regain custody of her kids in a battle against the system.
