At the beginning of the episode, the M.E.'s estimate for TOD of the victim was stated as between 8:30-9:00 P.M. Later in the episode, about half-way through, Van Pelt brings Lisbon information about a fight between the victim and someone else at "approximately 6:30." Lisbon responds with, "that puts her in the arena an hour before the M.E.'s estimate." There is an hour discrepancy.
When Charlotte Mitchell's dad pauses the old video, he pauses it right after Charlotte says "newspaper article." When he resumes the video, Charlotte says "newspaper article" again.
