Model and sex worker Angela Mercer is questioned on the stand, she explains that she was able to take contraband to George Lanigan in exchange for sexual favours to Robert Ager. Lanigan himself is finally questioned.
Things are looking very bleak for Ager, it seems as though he doesn't have a leg to stand on, the main question, has he been stitched up, or has he keenly accepted a few bribes?
A rather good continuation, it's hard to find any particular fault, it's far from a run of the mill storyline, the format really does allow the most curious and specific or storylines, this being one of them.
Best of all, the wonderful array of characters, including a first rate performance from the wonderful Margaret Nolan, in 1973 she would have been incredibly well known for the carry on films, it would have been a busy time in her career, more than just a beautiful girl, a cracking comedy actress.
I'm looking forward to finally hearing from Glyn Houston, so far he hasn't uttered a single word.
