When the Driver (Luke Evans) fires the shotgun right next to Emma's head, she barely flinches. A shotgun that close would rupture an eardrum and cause pain.
At 44:19 Luke talks to the prisoner "When arterial vein is sliced, the body tends to bleed out within 10 minutes".
Artery carries oxygenated and Vein carries deoxygenated blood with exception of pulmonary and umbilical (in gestation period) vessels.
There is nothing called "arterial vein".
One on the wrist is Radial artery, one near elbow is Brachial artery and one on neck is Common carotid artery- these are the most common vessels sliced for suicide/homicide.
Slicing vein does not bleed fast since vessels are thin and tend to stop bleeding after raising the limbs above the head, or rarely stops bleeding after a while since there is no positive pressure . Artery on the other hand is larger , more patent and muscular. Artery doesn't bleed. Artery pumps out blood directly from heart.

When Driver commits his last murder, he is inches from the victim, and the blood spurts at least a foot. Yet not a single drop gets on the snow-white doctor's coat.
When Emma tries to shoot Driver with the pump shotgun, there is an audible "click" indicating that the chamber was empty. Driver's dialogue, "College girls...it's called a pump action for a reason." indicates that Emma simply didn't "rack a round" into the chamber. But if the pump action had not been cycled, the hammer would not have been cocked, and there would have been no "click" in the first place. The only way there can be a "click" when a pump-action shotgun is fired is if it is not loaded in the first place.
When Amber is walking to the front door to see who's knocking, the door has a design on it with no peep hole. When she gets to the door, it has no design and a peephole.
When there is a knocking at the door, Amber walks down the hallway past the stairs to the front door. When the door is opened the view inside the house is a big well lit open room. Doesn't match what was inside.
Early in the film when doing the house robbery the gang has their waistcoat gang colors on. Later when out for dinner no colors just plain clothing. Wrong way round.
At the end of the film, Driver, disguised as a doctor, goes directly to Denny's hospital room and kills him. However, Driver believed he had already killed Denny when Denny tried to get the car to work in the garage. Driver had no way of knowing that Denny survived and that Flynn brought him to the hospital. Moreover, there is no indication that Driver could have known Denny's name, which he would have needed in order to know what room he was in at the hospital.
When Flynn takes the stolen car and trailer back to the house he then searches the car and uses a jemmy to open the trunk. As he was able to get inside the car, he could have simply opened the trunk using the release lever.
