- Baliram, (Kamlesh Sawant) a farmer in a village in a Maharashtra, spends his life with his family working in a field. One evening when he comes home, he brings new clothes and sweets for his wife and children and spends the night happily with them. In the morning, when his wife wakes up and comes out, she finds Baliram hanging from a tree in front of his house. Seeing that she goes into a deep shock. All the villagers along with the chief of the village and other personals starts gathering and there were police cases. But the real drama starts later when the police officer (Upendra Limaye) comes and the medical officer (Sayaji Shinde) is not present for the post-mortem, so Baliram's body hangs there. Police officer tries his all power to call up Medical Officer on the spot but he keeps avoiding it as there's a family function at his place. The film highlights burning issues in day to day life of farmers in western Maharashtra and how system is not interested helping them even after their death. Director Avinash Kolte tried his best to show how farmers in Maharashtra are suffering with many issues and how they are helpless in from of the system. To find what exactly happens next watch Faas. The actors have tried to give full justice to this issue through their roles. Kamlesh Sawant, Upendra Limaye and Sayaji Shinde are similarly experienced and experienced artists working in Marathi and Hindi. They are full of nice colors in their roles. Kamlesh has portrayed the grief and pain of a farmer in his role as well as literally. Upendra Limaye is a dutiful and diligent police officer.
