The writers really should have watched the series before writing for it.
The last time UCOS had a case involving a clairvoyant it was Jack who brought it to Sandra, after he'd visited one to talk try and contact Mary. He believed in the power of clairvoyants then, and the man was proven right, which wouldn't have made Jack a sceptic.
