I saw this short at the 2010 River's Edge International Film Festival in Paducah, Kentucky. The short was included in a shorts program that shared the common theme of surprise. It's been months since I saw the short and wanted to dig it up again and share it with others. The thought of it stills makes me laugh out loud. Two men sit in a dark room speaking in French. As time moves on, the conversation doesn't seem to evolve and instead seems rather clunky and odd. But saying more would be spoiling it. Such a brilliant idea and so well executed for great effect. I hope this short becomes available online some time soon--I hope the filmmakers read this! It is one of those shorts I'd love to revisit over and over again and wish I could share it with others.
