Satine can be seen wearing the Shock Collar when Ahsoka is stunned, minutes before a guard is ordered to put it around her neck.
When spying on the illicit meeting in the warehouse, one of the young Mandalorians remarks that the meeting includes Mandalorian police, "but they're unmarked." The police carry shields with their squadron numbers on them, so they are not unmarked.
Ahsoka is told she cannot bring her lightsaber with her on Mandalore, as no off-worlders are allowed to carry weapons. It is said that this policy was instituted after Obi-Wan's earlier escapades. Obi-Wan helped Satine expose and dismantle the Death Watch conspiracy against her and her government, using his lightsaber. Not allowing Jedi to carry their weapons as a policy makes no sense. It would seem to exist only as a plot contrivance to have Ahsoka be unarmed and make her adventures here slightly more challenging.
