Nobody was injured making this film. There were three deaths during post-production, but the deaths were quick and painless, so luckily the three crew members were not injured in the process.
No and you shouldn't buy into such hysteria. While Satan does make a brief cameo where he is awarded a Lifetime achievement award at the 52nd annual Daytime Emmys, followed by a 37 minute song and dance number in his honor, this is far from "worshipping" him. If anything, its a deterent to children out there where they can learn the valuable lesson that a life of darkness may just land you a spot amongst television's most hideous rejects.
