Continuity

Annie shows Joan the note that Ben left her in the pilot episode. As has already been shown, the note got water damaged and the ink bled out. The note is now in pristine condition and no such water damage is present.
Ben is wearing sunglasses then the scene changes to Annie, and when it changes back, the sunglasses are gone, he isn't wearing them, they aren't in his pocket, and he isn't holding them, they are just gone.
It was clearly seen early on that the note Annie received from Ben got wet, smudged, with the ink running. In this installment, it's shown that Annie got it laminated, it looks good as new, and the handwriting looks different. It's obviously not the original.
When Annie hands Ben's note to Joan, it is laminated and they are in the office. At the end of the episode, Annie is burning an unlaminated paper.

Factual errors

Iranian delegate's family is shown wearing Sunnite costumes, however Iranians don't use this type of clothes.

Revealing mistakes

The accent spoken by the Iranian in the film is not of Iran but other Farsi-speaking countries, such as Afghanistan.
When Annie Walker is faxing a set of documents as proof of an Iranian arms deal, the second page clearly shows the text to be in Urdu, which is the language spoken in Pakistan, not Farsi or Arabic. Moreover, the content of that page just happen to be quotes by one of Prophet Muhammad's companions, mostly about justice, kindness and fair treatment to women, and not proof of any arms deal.
