Your sister is a six Warning: Spoilers
This an interesting plot development cos I actually feel more compassion for the Nina character, even though in my opinion, having sex with your sister's (or best friend's) significant other, whether their ex or not, is pretty much one of the lowest things a person can do. And being drunk is no excuse.

The Billie character is always so critical, so judgemental, about everyone but herself. Always ready to call foul on others but never checking her own behaviour and choices to any great extent. She's so defensive, always looking for a slight, yet is so incredibly abrasive and tactless in how she treats others. The fact that she even insisted that Mick play that song putting her sister down in public, is almost as pathetic as the fact that she found it funny enough to allow herself to forgive her sister because of it. Yes, I see that the extremeness of the song and situation had it's elements of humour, I laughed too, at least until the camera came back to show Nina's mortification, and then it wasn't funny anymore. That Billie cared for her ego to be stroked this way only shows just how self centered this person is, and makes it next to impossible for me to feel anything but disappointment in her, definitely not compassion. On the other hand, Nina cared enough for her sister to stand there and allow herself to be publicly shamed, showing her to truly be the "superior" person Billie accused her of thinking herself to be. Watching Billie's behaviour here made me want to shout at Nina to bonk Mick again, this time in front of her. I do find Billie's behaviour funny at times, but just as often I want to shake her and tell her to not be such a self absorbed b*tch. Granted I want to shake Nina at times also, though for different reasons, lol. Overall I guess, my reaction shows just how well written and performed these characters are. They are very real.

Other than that, I once again Iove how this series successfully balances between the crazy, the imagined, the funny and the sad, never over staying it's welcome in any of them. They have turned it into an art form in my eyes.
