Eric reluctantly agrees to through with his wife's proposal to delay filing for divorce for another month. Sheila makes it clear that she has demands, though: she has compiled a list that represents her conditions. Eric is appalled. Sheila stresses that she merely wants to make sure that the attempt to save their marriage is supported by both of them. Eric reminds Sheila that marriage counseling with Dr. Warwick is one condition that he is not giving up on. While Dylan gets settled in at Spectra Fashions working with Kevin, Sally thanks Anthony for calling in Connor. Sally explains to the lawyer that her latest employee is in desperate need of his services. The Grand Jury has reached their decision in Dylan's case and issued a true bill. The judge is about to announce the indictment for statutory rape of a minor at the arraignment hearing in about two weeks' time. Sally promises Dylan and Jessica her full support. When she gets the news from Teresa Emerson, Stephanie starts having doubts whether her harsh attitude is justified. The D.A. recounts a previous case to Stephanie which proved to her that a clear stand in rape charges is without any alternative.
