In the slow motion shoot-out in Iris Warn's house, only the cartridge case should be ejected after the bullet is fired down the barrel. The ejects can plainly be seen to still have the bullets attached.
When Max Lewinsky drains body fluids out of his knee using a syringe, he is smoking a cigarette. After he has drained the body fluids out of his knee he sprays the fluid into a pan and then takes a final smoke of his cigarette. The cigarette he throws into the pan with his body fluids appears to be longer than when he took the final draw.
