Sex & Nudity

- Some zombies are shown in little clothing, no nudity at all.
- You can take off your clothes, however, underwears and bras will cover any nudity.
- There are some sexual references, two examples I have is a zombie of an old man in his underwear, and an old lady zombie in her bra and underwear, with clothes on the bed. Another example is in a bedroom, there were two female zombies in their bras and underwear, with clothes on the bed.
Violence & Gore

- When you kill or hit zombies blood sprays out, no gore aside from blood.
- If you die from a big horde of zombies, the character will be heard screaming, but nothing is shown.
- The more zombies you kill, the more blood will be on your clothes and weapons, can get to a point where most of you is just red from blood. However, you can wash yourself, clothes, and weapons.
- No human on human violence, except in multiplayer.
Profanity

- Absolutely none at all, unless you play multiplayer.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- You can drink beer
- Cigarettes can be smoked, and there is a trait that forces you to smoke, however, its completely optional.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Zombies can come out of nowhere and it can build up in dark areas
