Lyon, sauvetage de lapins; innondations (1896)

This actuality film from the Lumiere Brothers is actually rather pointless because there's not too much going on. There's a source of water at the start of the frame that goes up against a house in the background. By the house there's a boat with a couple men in it. This film is somewhat pointless as a picture would have been good enough for what we actually see. There's nothing awful here but at the same time even for an actuality film there's not much happening. The men are doing something on the boat but it's not clear enough for us to see exactly what. This one here will be for die-hard fans of the genre only.
