When Michael is in the limo, his watch is on his right arm when rubs his eyes and immediately after the watch is on his left arm instead.
In season 4, "Out of the Fire," Fiona and Jesse use explosives to remove the safe from the wall. However, in "Last Stand," when Michael narrates what happened previously, Fiona is seen drilling the safe, when it is still in the wall.
