After Kendall, James, Carlos and Gustavo were done playing video games. The guys realize that Logan is missing and they find out Gustavo is sitting on him. James claims that they haven't seen Logan for a half hour and Gustavo was sitting on him the whole time. And due to Gustavo being overweight and sitting on Logan for a half hour, Logan would've died from lack of oxygen and being crushed to death.
In the pilot episode. Gustavo claims that he has 5 houses. He could've stayed in one of his other houses instead of trying to stay with the boys and Kendall's mother. Unless he was expressing himself because he's an obnoxious idiot.
