Continuity

Jaime's seat belt switches sides. When they're on the bridge, it's over his right shoulder. When they're in the water, it's on his left side.
While Julian is giving Brooke CPR she goes between having hair on her face and having her hair pushed back off her face between multiple scenes.

Plot holes

When the car alarm is going off outside of Quinn's house she would not have had to go all the way outside to turn it off. Since she uses a key fob there is no reason she wouldn't have been able to shut the alarm off from any window on that side of the house.
The way Jamie is seated when the car is on it's side on the bridge makes no sense. He appears to be sitting on the backseat driver's side door. His head is next to where the belt buckles into the seat and what should be the lap belt is across his chest and right shoulder. If he was buckled in when the car flipped, his head should be by the road, near the door to the car. Then when the car goes into the river, he is suddenly sitting up right, and the shoulder belt is going the correct way over his left shoulder.
