As Lightman throws the snack bag just removed from the machine up to the girl, it is clearly an orange colored bag. In the next shot we see the girl holding an obviously yellow bag.
As Lightman hands Laura Cross her diary, its strap hangs on the left, but in the next shot it hangs to the right.
Towards the end when the host is announcing the winners of the beauty pageant she says "the second runner up and second place winner is..." then when going to the next place winner she says "our first runner up and second place winner is...".
When Lightman traps Megan in the hospital ward, she closes the curtain behind her. But in a close up on her during that scene, the curtain can clearly be seen open behind her.
