Danse au bivouac (1896)
This here is a rather interesting film from the Lumiere Brothers and was another example of them getting away from the actuality films. This one here takes place on what I'm going to guess is some sort of beach as we see dozens of soldiers standing in some sand and dancing. I'm not exactly sure what they were going for here but it seems like the soldiers are having a good time dancing with one another and I say this because most of them have smiles on their faces. Again, I'm not sure if the soldiers were just told to act silly so they decided to dance but it's a rather interesting film to say the least.
