Factual errors

When the vesicles approach the condo where the last suspect is located, several of them are using a siren. That type of approach would not be used as it would tip off the suspect of their arrival.

Plot holes

The pedophile is shot while in the truck. Since the truck's interior was elevated, the shot was at an upward angle, and the exit hole in the rear of the truck was above Bob's head, it would have been too high to hit the second person as was shown.

Character error

Prior to the raid, a character tells Luke to use an AR-15 as a 9mm round would penetrate walls and could injure an innocent person. The AR-15 uses a .223 caliber high velocity round, so it would in fact penetrate further than a slower 9mm round.
The Sheriff says Bob fooled him by impersonating a Deputy US Marshal. The badge Bob wore was clearly not a Deputy US Marshal's badge, which is silver and has a circular border and a star inside. His badge was a gold 5-point badge completely different from the marshal badge. As such, it would not fool a veteran lawman. This same error is repeated later with the minutemen.
While there is such a person as a US Marshal for several geographical districts of the US, those that work in the field are called Deputy Marshals. Both Bob and several of the deputies here make the same error by calling Bob a US Marshal.
Annie says Bob's recording of the confession would not hold up in court. In fact it would be admissible as Bob was neither a law enforcement officer nor acting at the direction of one. Even though coercion was used, Bob's status as a citizen would not violate admissibility rules.
