When Garcia is talking to Hotch as she gets an alert that the Unsub is starting to stream live, she said she has to manually filter through the list of proxy servers on the fly. But on a monitor behind her it can be clearly seen the live feed footage coming from the point of view camera on the Unsub is already playing. Garcia should not have had access to that yet, because she isn't even halfway through filtering the list of proxy servers.

She doesn't need to filter the list of proxy servers to see the the live feed, it's to find the location of the network he's streaming from.
