Factual errors

Regarding the drenched laptop computer, "If I power this up, and there is any moisture on the components, I could fry the motherboard and cause a lethal shortcut to the CPU." While true, you don't need to power up the whole laptop just to find out what's on its hard drive. In fact, a forensic computer expert would remove the drive anyway and connect it to his own computer, which has all the necessary diagnostic software, decryption etc. installed.
The air vent that Dom and Sam hid behind during the shoot-out on the roof was made from metal no thicker than the metal used to make a soda can. It wouldn't stop a BB, let alone a bullet from an AK-47.

Character error

When Callen and Sam state that they are arresting a character for "knowingly funding terrorist activities," he replies that he is glad that the men he is with happen to be his attorneys. Under the Patriot Act, a person who funds terrorist activities is considered a terrorist and therefore an enemy combatant and, as such, can be held indefinitely without being charged and interrogated without being given an opportunity to seek legal counsel.
In describing data on Kahlil Abramson, Eric says, "Envious bank account". It should be "enviable bank account." As phrased, it would mean that the bank account felt envy.
