Over-Ride 'Narc - Island'

Set in an English-speaking Caribbean country - Grenada, it features a scenario commonly experienced by Caribbean, African and South Asian communities and their diaspora... people being dishonest with handling property that is not theirs.

With Override: Narc Island , what makes it well told is the excellent script - made me laugh and cry - it was so real . Well written script and well acted.

The dialogue was 'pure Grenada'!

Great use of music throughout the movie as well.

It has its fair share of tension -the plot works well in this quiet , rural backdrop .

Override: Narc Island is atmospheric on many levels. Highly recommended watching .

Simplistic yet effective example of highlighting how human relationships can be so complex and unreliable. When your only doing things to benefit yourself and take advantages of those who do things to benefit others , sooner or later karma will retaliate.

After watching this movie I become fearful of the connections and power that the everyday farmers have in their state.

I am not a person who loves to steal in the slightest. But. If I was a person who does, I would laugh, at the jokes, but will have a built case in my head to wonder, "WHAT IF THEY DO THIS TO ME"

This film can be a Caribbean classic, and I know this can be up there as a mainstream film coming out of the Caribbean Islands!

And I must say the pacing and overall storytelling is something that you would want to sit and keep you in that seat for those 96mins.

Highly recommend watching and supporting.

Set on the beautiful island of Grenada, the film explores the lives of two unlikely friends employed by a local farmer who gave them everything, yet they took advantage of him by stealing livestock and crops from him. Little did the friends know that the farmer knew of their exploits and had plans for them. The tension of realisation and approaching karma builds, with a few distractions to throw the viewer off the scent. Then the net is closed and the culprits apprehended. When confronted with their crimes, the two supposed friends deny everything and blame each other - karma is harsh and certainly not pretty.

This movie is perfect example of Caribbean life and friends in general.

It's a true Caribbean story, made on a Beautiful island called Grenada.

This movie has good Nd bad times and most of all some well thought about Antics.

Grenada is full of corruption, and most of the world.

And it's hard to trust friends and family alike.

This movie really caught my attention and mind .
